Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival.
- Any items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
If your return meets the conditions above, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method provider.
Exchanges
- You have the option to exchange your item. If you wish us to process an exchange, please email info@hybridelite.co.uk first so we can check stock availability and pricing.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
